Yes they are! Our grow kits have been inoculated with fast and strong mycelium and incubated and ready to fruit when you receive them

Do I have to use the grow kit immediately?

If you plan on waiting before initiating fruiting, you can store the grow kit in the veggie crisper box in your refrigerator for a month or 2 at the most. Just make sure it doesn't freeze.

What is liquid culture?

Liquid culture is a nutrient broth designed to feed the mycelium and also acts as a carrier. We can grow out a desired mycelium and divide it up into individual syringes.

Yes! the mushrooms we provide are a foodies dream! Many of our mushrooms go to high end restaurants and food stands. all our mushrooms are considered gourmet and very delicious!
