To start fruiting, find a location such as your kitchen countertop, that is out of direct sunlight. Temperature should be 55-75F, so in other words, if you are comfortable, they are comfortable!

Cut 2 X's on the opposite side of the label, towards the top corner, 2-3 inches in size, about the size of a silver dollar.

We have simplified the growing process! 1st step after cutting the X's, is get a cake pan or a shallow tray. Fill the pan halfway with tap water. Place a bowl up-side down in the water, creating an island. Place your grow kit on the island, and watch it grow!! No need to mist or spray because the water evaporating creates all the humidity that is needed. Now just sit back and watch it grow! 

 

For a 2nd flush of mushrooms you can now remove the tape from the bottom and fold the top part of the bag over the first harvest X's. Cut new X's on the other side of the bag. After a few days you will see new mushrooms appear! Be sure to top the tray off with water occasionally too!
