We carry whole oats, red wheat berries or a mix of 50/50 oats and wheat berries. Our personal preference is the 50/50 mix because the mycelium has a diverse food choice and more inoculation points for the mycelium to jump off of. Our grains have been perfectly hydrated and steam sterilized using heat, steam, and pressure. Once cooled they are sealed and stored until needed. Using our clean liquid culture syringes, you can inoculate these grains and create your own spawn that can then be added to substrate blocks and grown out to harvest your own mushrooms OR multiplied by adding to more grain.
